Gina Arresta

Gina Arresta has been a Southampton Village resident for over 30 years. During that time, she has continually demonstrated competence, keen organizational skills, and an ability to bring people together to get things done. Through her experience in business and various financial boards, Gina has a strong financial background to deal with the budgetary issues currently facing the Village. She is pragmatic, has a willingness to listen to people’s concerns, and a passion for helping those in need.

Joe McLoughlin

A lifelong resident born in Southampton Hospital, Joe McLoughlin has always been fortunate enough to call this Village home.  After attending Southampton schools and Iona College, where he received a Bachelors in Communications, Joe returned to Southampton to work at LTV in East Hampton.  He has been passionate about local government his entire adult life.

In 2017, Joe was appointed to the Village Planning Commission.  Since that time, he has dealt with issues from planning wastewater treatment to zoning issues that come before the trustees. In addition, Joe serves on the committee to renovate the Southampton History Museum and is a member in good standing at the Bull Head Yacht Club, where his family has had a membership for over four decades.

If elected, Joe has pledged to fix our current stalemate and find compromise where it is needed; and to strike a balance when it comes to development and preservation.  As Joe says: "Change is inevitable.  It’s how you control that change and preserve the harmonious historic character of this Village that matters."
